We have confirmed that our guests who stayed at our hotel from February 21 to February 23, 2025 have become ill . We are fully cooperating with the public health authorities in their investigation into the cause, and we have made the decision to temporary close our hotel from February 27 to March 1, 2025 as a precautionary measure voluntarily.

The safety and well-being of our guests is our top priority. During the voluntary closure of the hotel, in consultation with the public health authority, we conducted special disinfection of the premises, replaced food ingredients, checked the health of employees and other related parties, and strengthened our hygiene management system. The authority is still conducting inspections, but we are fully prepared to welcome our guests so that they can stay relaxed and feel safe.
