We regret to inform you of an incident of food poisoning that occurred among our guests who stayed at our hotel from February 21 to February 23, 2025. We recognize the discomfort and inconvenience this incident has caused to the guests who fell ill, their families, and our loyal customers. We would like to extend our deepest regrets to all those affected.

We consider this incident to be of utmost importance and will take every possible measure to prevent its recurrence. Please be informed that we have received a business (temporally) prohibition from the health authority as of March 3, 2025.

1.Accident and authority’s directives:

A guest who stayed at our hotel between the 21st and 23rd of February reported feeling ill. The public health authority conducted an investigation and concluded that food poisoning was caused by a meal served at the hotel. . Kitchen area operations have been temporarily suspended as of today (March 3) for

2．Measure to prevent recurrence

After the guests at our hotel fell ill, we voluntarily closed the hotel from February 27 to March 1, 2025, without waiting for the above authority’s directives, while fully cooperating with the public health center’s investigation and with the utmost concern for the safety and health of our guests. During this period, we conducted special disinfection of the premises, replaced food ingredients, checked the health of employees and other related parties, and strengthened our hygiene management system.

The cause has been investigated, and we deeply regret that this situation occurred, and we will continue to strengthen our hygiene management system to prevent a recurrence. We will do our utmost to ensure that our customers can use our services with peace of mind.
