Our hotel received a business prohibition order from the health authority for the kitchen area on March 3. This was due to a case of food poisoning that affected customers who had stayed at the hotel from February 21 to 23, 2025. The prohibition was lifted on March 5 after the hotel implemented preventative measures based on guidance from the public health center.

Our hotel will resume operations from 11 March. For many years, we have taken great pride in the quality of the meals we serve, and we deeply regret that such an incident occurred. We are taking this opportunity to reflect seriously on our practices and recognize the need to re-examine our corporate culture to prevent such issues from arising again.

As we prepare to reopen, we have carried out a thorough disinfection of the facility and replaced food ingredients. Furthermore, we have implemented the following measures to strengthen our hygiene management system:

Conducted additional training for our employees and improved work processes based on advice from external food hygiene experts.

Revised internal regulations and formulated new plans to ensure the effective implementation of the above measures.

Established a multi-layered inspection system with regular checks and periodic reviews to maintain ongoing compliance with food safety standards.
